The duties and responsibilities of the position are:
Responsible for the oversight of WV Peer Hub Training Center (Training Center), assure program goals, objectives, activities are met at specified stages in timeline; oversee and monitor budget and purchases and submit budget modifications that may be needed; and review partners training and activities;
● Oversee all trainings, partnering and networking with statewide groups on needed peer recovery trainings; Provide training and TA specifically related to the overall Peer Hub grant requirements; Maintain close contact with the PI, State agencies, Advisory Board comprised of stakeholders and individuals with lived experience, the Certification Board, Behavioral Health Centers, community coalitions, and other partners, regarding the Peer Hub to ensure quality service and to inform the project; Assist with Statewide Training Advisory Committee meetings and overseeing member selection; Review grant paperwork with PI; Assist in writing all reports required to meet the criteria of the grant award; submit all information before the required deadline; Maintain all grant records, including collecting demographic information for all participating in Peer Hub training with the evaluator; Keep WV DHHR, BBH abreast of grant progress; and
● Discuss and plan sustainability; Assist in developing awareness activities designed to increase knowledge about the trainings from the Training Center, develop curriculum with SMEs, create educational handouts; collect and provide resources; and participate in all public awareness campaigns and develop and disseminate marketing meetings related to the BHTC; and maintain Training Center website and listserv to market trainings.
● Assist with and collaborate closely with other training work under the Center of Excellence for Recovery, including WV Wraparound and Mobile Response, the Peer Hub, and other trainings. And all other duties as assigned.
Location MURC - Marshall University Research Corporation Salary Range $50,000-$53,000- Salary is commensurate with education and experience

Education
Experience
One year experience providing peer support.
Experience leading advisory groups and collecting training data.
Experience with providing training and technical assistance; knowledge of evidence-based practices in the field of behavioral health and peer support, including Motivational Interviewing and Screening, Brief intervention and Referral to Treatment
