Job Summary: Assumes overall responsibility for projects as specified.

Coordinates tasks of appropriate department personnel in a matrix relationship to various projects and facilitates their activities relevant to projects assigned. Prepares oral and /or written activity, status reports and presentation materials for LVPG leadership regarding the status of projects. Communicates on a regular basis with necessary staff, project sponsors, committees and other stakeholders about projects, project priorities and project status.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor#s Degree required or equivalent experience considered. Two years experience in handling projects or administrative work that included tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and team work.

Must be detail-and-results oriented and highly organized. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in highly responsible position. Licensure and Certifications:

Documents services in adherence with program, departmental, regulatory, third-party payer, and network compliance standards. Facilitates referrals both within the Lehigh Valley Health Network continuum and throughout the community in order to address patients# on-going mental health needs. Reports to the LVPG OB/GYN Assistant Medical Director and has a clinical reporting relationship to the Department of Psychiatry leadership. Minimum Requirements:# Minimum two (2) years social work experience in a mental health related field. Experience in an ambulatory care setting is preferred. Masters of Social Work (MSW) Degree from a program accredited by the council on Social Work Education or Graduate degree in a clinical discipline including but not limited to Psychology, Counseling, or Nursing. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and is willing to be an active member of a productive, efficient patient care team by providing other support services identified by the customers, team members or leadership within the bounds of licensure and certification requirements. Must participate in customer education and community outreach activities to assure customer needs are met. Must be flexible with assignment and scheduling to accommodate the need and expectations of the Health Center customer.
