This position is responsible for performing a wide range of duties in the Facilities Development Department, be it resource related or Administrative. It includes the implementation & support of all Capital Improvement, renovation, or other projects as assigned related to the Valley Health System. Responsible for communicating with participants, including maintaining updated lists and contact information and responding to and directing requests for information.
Qualifications & Education
College degree or 5 plus years of work experience in a professional office setting. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and other software programs as required Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule while maintaining composure. Ability to set priorities and respond quickly to customer needs. Good organizational skills required.
