The Project Coordinator will support a major Shipbuilding program and be responsible for the following:
Maintain major Change and Configuration Management Status Reports and supporting documentation.
Assist with delivery of CCB (Configuration Control Board) Minutes.
Assist with input for Changes, Waivers, and Deviations from approved Technical Baseline.
Manage Preliminary Change approval documentation on behalf of both CM and Technical Government Leads.
Prepare and facilitate weekly Change Status meetings.
Serve as a liaison to Shipyard counterparts on behalf of the Government Team.
Prepare necessary supporting documentation for CCB Changes.
Support Government CM Team in CCB Meetings/actions.
Interface across large teams of Government Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Qualifications & Clearance Requirements
Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance:
Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of three (3) years of related experience in a DoD environment in lieu of degree.
Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant professional DoD CM experience.
Knowledgeable with regard to the identification, resolution, and oversight of configuration discrepancies as they impact Class Baseline.
Ability to prepare and provide continuous management of related electronic files and correlating data input and tracking.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Required to interface across large team of Government Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Active Secret security clearance verifiable in JPAS or the ability to obtain one.
