Our healthcare team specializes in architectural design and planning to deliver research-based, value-added solutions for health systems, care providers and patients alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team leadership through all phases of the design process, from design concept inception through completion of construction documents.

  • Research products and technologies and integrate these into drawings and specifications

  • Learn and apply a variety of code requirements and standards as you develop your expertise

  • Create renderings, 3D images and other presentation materials

  • Ensure client satisfaction by learning and applying quality control processes to your work

  • Engage in Construction Administration, including jobsite visits and submittal reviews schematics, design development and construction documents. Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.

  • Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project. Plan, coordinate and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration.

  • Review construction submittals and assist project manager in construction administration. Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program

  • Prefer a minimum of 1 years' experience or as many as 3 years as an intern architect, pursuing licensure

  • Strongly prefer interest in large hospital/healthcare design

  • Prefer LEED certification; EDAC certification

  • Demonstrated client relationship skills

  • Demonstrated experience using Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up and CADD techniques and principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of architectural principles, practices and techniques as well as standard operations, policies and procedures of a Firm within the A/E industry

  • Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations

  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to be proactive in determining the necessary steps to meet objectives and performance expectations of position

The Project Executive will develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and is responsible for working with all Business Units to achieve Operating Unit goals. This position is responsible for the management of projects and the applicable deliverables and work product as required to meet the quality, cost, revenue, and profit benchmarks for each project assigned to them. The Project Executive is accountable for the development and delivery of professional services for assigned projects. Job Responsibilities * Capability to represent all services within the Healthcare Operating Unit both individually and as an integrated delivery. * Discuss and interpret client opportunities with Business Unit leaders to create revenue growth * Maintain existing client portfolio and build relationships within that portfolio * Track client portfolio revenue * Manage the client portfolio pipeline * Manage and maintain profit with each client * Create feedback and collaboration with all project teams involved in portfolio * Work with Marketing and Business Development Team to * Find and create new opportunities within a client portfolio or with a new client * Act as or coordinate with pursuit leader to manage the proposal process for new opportunities * Develop new client opportunities and relationships * Oversee multiple and diverse projects simultaneously to meet client objectives * Leverage account and relationship management principles, sales methodologies, proposals and tools to drive the overall results of the client portfolio * Meet client portfolio financial metrics for performance, utilization, profit, and accounts receivable. * Develops and fosters a high-performance team culture that supports professional development and retention among the staff. * Mentors and develops staff. * Manages project delivery, schedule, and profitability to meet business unit and operating unit requirements. * Develops project financial forecasts and administers project invoicing in accordance with the operations schedule for the business unit. * Coordinates staff and project resources with other business unit leaders and the Director of Project Management. * Manages the implementation of the business unit Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) for assigned projects. Coordinates with QIP resources and personnel. * Completes the performance review process for assigned staff. Education/Experience Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10-15 years of well-respected architectural and healthcare design experience, including a proven ability to lead and manage multiple clients/projects.
