We are currently seeking an International Project Coordinator in our Austin office. The international project coordinator will work with consultants and clients to obtain regulatory approval for medical devices in the US and abroad.
Project Coordinators are responsible for driving projects forward, from project initiation to final approval by the regulatory authority (e.g., the US FDA) to sell the medical device in that country. This is critical because our clients rely on these approvals before they can commercialize their device.
A successful project coordinator likes working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the opportunity for continued learning and development. The individual must be a critical and strategic thinker, because they will need to identify issues and develop alternatives to problems when they arise. The individual must be a skilled writer and communicator, so they can explain regulatory concepts in a succinct and accurate way. A successful project coordinator will be someone who is organized, able to multi-task and prioritize, take initiative, and become familiar with the regulations for medical devices in specific markets.
