nResponsible for implementing and maintaining an accurate, cGMP compliant documentation change control process for the Packaging Organization in AP16.nWriting, processing and approving Change Requests for the Packaging Department.nReview, edit and process changes to controlled documentation such as procedures, forms, etc. in an electronic document management system.nAttend training for using the Quality Document System to implement changes.nCommunicate with Operations SMEs on the Production Floor to implement changes to process documents needing updating and revisions.nUnderstand and build communications alongside Shift Supervisor for changes and events.nUse and understand systems such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.nStrong computer and communication skills required.nA majority of the time spent will be on the Production Floor in a cGMP environment.nBe able to work first shift hours, 6:45A - 3:00P.nContract will be for 6 month project, with the potential to extend.nFollowing project completion, intent is for candidate to be transitioned to Production Operator role.nIf you are interested, please send your resume to EmployernApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Expedite, manage, and coordinate a multitude of interrelated activities within constraints of limited human and financial resources and changing priorities. Complies with quality system. Develop project objectives, strategies, timelines, and milestones. Utilize project scheduling software to plan and track projects. Develop design and development plan. Identify resource requirements, cost, and time schedules. Develop an implementation plan, conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to accommodate unforeseen events. Translate project goals into project tasks. Define the nature of the stated business or technical problem. Anticipate future problems, resolve current issues, learn and adjust based on prior results. Job Accountability/Scope Accountable for total project scope; completion within budget constraints and scheduled completion date. Accountable for the successful completion of project tasks under direct or matrix control. Level loads work to ensure effective use of available resources. Coordinate input from multiple areas or multiple project managers on related projects.
