Reporting to the Director, Professional Services Operations, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating project and task assignments by regions within the Professional Services organization to help drive operational effectiveness.
Duties and Core Function:
Partner with Services RVPs to efficiently staff all internal and external resource requests and project assignments.
Maintain, track and allocate resource requests in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool to appropriate tasks to ensure maximized utilization of resources and assist in streamlining processes.
Create and assign projects owners based on resource requests in PSA and Project Management Tool (PMT)
Track and assist in reporting on utilization and margins.
Coordinate with project managers and RVPs to maintain record of all resources availability in PSA and assist PS Analysis in analyzing project backlogs to ensure delivery of projects within required time frame.
Collaborate with project managers and RVPs to forecast resource requirements of current and future projects.
Partner with Sr Enablement Manager to track resource skills and profiles in PSA and identify future skill development needs.
Support the field with any questions and tasks related to the internal processes and systems.
Assist PS Analyst and RVPs in capacity forecasting and planning.
Assist RVPs in services contract creation (SOWs and Change Orders).
Assist in general operations needs for the Services department.
Bachelor's degree required

Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Smartsheets is a plus.
