Description:
Below are the high level responsibilities of this role:

Coordinate with CTO resources required to fulfill business projects such as (but not limited to) new client/vendor connectivity

Schedule, attend and host project-related Meetings

Follow PMO procedures and update PMO related documents as required

Identify and track infrastructure-related project activities and milestones

Manage infrastructure-related issues, risks and action items through to resolution

Submit and track infrastructure-related tickets through completion

Escalate infrastructure delivery issues as required and in an appropriate manner

Communicate clearly with all members of the project team

Document project work as required by SYF policies and as requested by the project team.

The Project Coordinator partners with the branch's Project Managers in project scheduling, coordinating tasks and monitoring issues around task and deliverables for mission critical and/or high-profile audiovisual and videoconferencing projects for Whitlock client relationships in corporate, healthcare, government, education and other key vertical segments. The Project Coordinator will drive project execution by coordinating activities, expediting processes/deliverables as well as performing the more internal, administrative tasks to allow Project Managers to focus on scheduling, planning, communications and problem solving.
