The purpose of this position is to coordinate, design, develop and implement efficient processes/programs to meet the needs of the business. This position plays a key role in on-going and new processes to support the appropriate departments, division, and the corporation. This position also entails partnering with division management to ensure all reporting deliverables and timeframes are successful and assists in the timely completion of division initiatives.

Job Description:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, implement, enhance and validate applicable division reports

  • Complete small projects, audits, and work assignments as directed by management

  • Track and complete all reports, projects, audits, and other work assignments to ensure deliverables are of high quality and completed within the prescribed timeframes

  • Coordinate analysis of current processes/programs for efficiency

  • Coordinate with other departments/divisions on various processes/programs

  • Prepare written summaries of analysis for divisional leadership

  • Act as a management resource for new processes/programs

  • Facilitate workgroup meetings, including coordination of agendas and meeting minutes

  • Support divisional Business Analysts as requested

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required


  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience required


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Proven analytical, interpretive, evaluative, constructive thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines on multiple projects

  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and priorities

NOTE: This position is considered a career progression to the Associate Project Manager (job code 3765 grade 11) role in Information Systems.

There may be additions, deletions and modifications to the qualifications and functions of this job from time to time. Employees must perform all duties assigned to them by management.
