The Field Services Coordinator will be a dynamic, cross-functioning team member, executing administrative and project management duties to support LiveOak Fiber's Field Services operations. This role is key to our success in the market, and we are seeking the very best to staff this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of data related to performance activity and field productivity to Director of Field Services.

  • Assist in supporting logistics and operations procedures.

  • Support the onboarding process for field operations staff.

  • Participate in the procurement of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and materials to streamline logistics operations.

  • Collaborate with all team efforts to simplify internal operations and enhance customer experience.

  • Efficiently collaborate with customer service and field service operations teams daily to foster teamwork.

  • Maintain professional and respectful relationships within the field service operations team to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Support the planning, development, and administration of programs aligned with department objectives, including the coordination of projects, workforce, safety, vendors, and fleet management.

  • Perform other duties as requested by field operations management and service delivery management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.

  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to duties and communication.

  • Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent judgement and ability to ask for help in critical applications.

  • Adaptability and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum of a one-year certificate from college or technical school and 3 to 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.

  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Office environment - up to 80%

  • Warehouse - up to 20%

  • Able to lift up 45 pounds

  • Travel: 10% or less (between our Florida and Georgia markets)
