Epstein is seeking a motivated team player with excellent organizational skills for a Project Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in the Construction industry and will be responsible for providing project management support. Responsibilities include involvement in all aspects of project documentation, extensive travel arrangements and expenses for the Project Management group, supporting the project management team and Construction Specialist with administrative tasks.
Preparing subcontracts and agreements, tracking and entering into cost system.
Assisting in the creation and tracking of change orders.
Assisting in processing submittals and RFIs.
Setting up and maintaining electronic project files.
Monitoring, entering and tracking of subcontractor and vendor insurance.
Assembling and binding monthly Client project reports.
Collecting, organizing and preparing all project closeout documents.
Coordinating travel and maintaining calendars for PM staff.
Miscellaneous administrative duties as required by PMs and Construction Specialist for on-time project execution.
3-5 years' experience, preferably as Construction Project Coordinator or a similar administrative role, but will be trained.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and desire to be part of a team.
Experience in a fast paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to quickly learn new programs.
