Energy Circle is the marketing and communications pioneer at the forefront of the built environment transition. For over 15 years, we’ve been on a mission to accelerate the transformation of homes and buildings towards reduced carbon, renewable generation, greater energy efficiency, health and comfort. We are proud to be a Certified B Corp. Our unique expertise is in growth support and lead generation for high performance contractors committed to a building science approach as well as manufacturers launching cutting edge building products. We also serve nonprofits and associations on the front lines of solving the climate change impact of buildings.
Since late 2023, Energy Circle has been a member of the global B Corp community. We’re proud to be part of a movement that celebrates and promotes an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system. As a culture, we’re an anti-agency agency: a small, flat organization where you’ll be encouraged to maintain work-life balance and have fun along the way. You will report directly to our Director of People Operations and collaborate daily with the project team as well as the broader team on a regular basis. We strive with verve and enthusiasm to apply best-in-class, innovative digital marketing strategies and tactics to move the needle on big picture sustainability efforts.
THE ROLE
Energy Circle, in collaboration with a national insulation membership organization, is dedicated to promoting energy-efficient solutions by partnering with contractors across the United States. As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fostering partnerships with national industry leaders and individual contractors to advance our mission of empowering homeowners through energy-efficient solutions. Your primary responsibilities include liaising with partner members, managing contractor relationships, conducting outreach efforts to help drive new business opportunities, and utilizing the CRM database for client management and providing marketing materials to partner contractors.
