Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional partners to prepare comprehensive project plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation and handling internal communication.

To succeed in this role, you should be a problem solver with excellent time management, and written, and verbal communication skills. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet top-quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Provide a luxury experience for the RH customer

● Possess an elevated aptitude and knowledge of our products, processes, and systems

  • ● Learn and communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment

● Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism

● Cultivate cross-functional relationships to deliver assigned projects to a successful conclusion

● Actively pursues personal leadership development to ensure growth and the ability to demonstrate a high level of quality and productivity

● Resolve complex customer projects or operational issues by partnering cross-functionally and ensuring all deliverables are completed in a timely and quality manner

● Develop best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestones/deliverable tracking, communication, and key performance metrics

● Drive customer satisfaction and revenue through people, process, and technology knowledge and unparalleled service

● A keen understanding of luxury needs and expectations

● Meet or exceed goals

REQUIREMENTS

● Luxury customer service experience working with high-end customers preferred

● Must possess poise and confidence to interact with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality

● Demonstrate high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities

● Possess outstanding luxury selling behaviors; listening and responding to customer needs

● Set and elevate the RH standard for customer service by ensuring the very best service levels at all times

● Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels including email and phone

● Excellent verbal and written skills are essential

● Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating across multiple systems

● Team player with a positive attitude

● Resourceful, creative problem solver who displays extreme ownership

● Driven to meet and exceed goals and customer expectations

● Must prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment

● Open to learning and developing new skills and processes

● Ability to work a flexible schedule: including some weekends, evenings, and key event days

EXPERIENCE:

● Proficiency with Mac or Dell Operating Systems, excellent knowledge of PC applications and order management software

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

● Project Coordination experience preferred but not required

● Knowledge of or proficient in Salesforce beneficial
