We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our customer, County Materials located in Green Bay, WI.

Project Coordinators provide customer service regarding products and services. Performs administrative duties for the sales and production teams. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviews engineering drawing plans and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of complicated tasks
Oversees, monitors, and coordinates sale orders
Acts as liaison between team members and the rest of the organization
Plan, organize loads within region to dispatch trucks to meet customer requests and production team activities, giving importance to individual member's and overall team's achievement of established goals
Prepares Quotes and take offs for construction materials that are specified in City, State and/or DOT construction plans
Ensures team's goals are aligned with company's culture of success leadership commitments and representative of the overall company's directive
Creates initial rough product designs into working drawings/documents
Has some knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction materials industry (Precast concrete materials preferred)
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Skills:
Intermediate level in Excel, Word and Power Point
Pro-active, self-motivated and positive attitude
Attention to detail

Organized
Customer service orientated
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Experience & Qualifications:
Associate's degree or 4 year's equivalent work experience in field related area
Familiar with a wide variety of field's concepts, practices and procedures
Experience with AutoCAD
