PROJECT COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY

Provide superior internal client support for project teams on the account.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support

  • Update JLL Technology Project App and Spend App based on input from PM team

  • Prepare project management reports and meeting minutes

  • Provide support to complete close out phase of each project

  • Manage all project documentation including contracts, budgets and schedules

  • Maintain best practices templates

  • Administrative duties to include but not limited to: copying, travel arrangements, expense report preparation, WebEx meetings, etc.

  • Support invoice submission process and payment process

May require limited travel to meet with other team members during the course of the year.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education/Training

  • Bachelor Degree Required

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred

Years of Relevant Experience

  • 0 2 years practical experience

  • Accounting experience or previous real estate support roles for brokers or project managers preferred

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients

  • Organizational & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Other Abilities

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Work with a team and independently

  • Good communication skills as a must
