Position Overview:The Bilingual Project Coordinator will drive the development and production of web series and mobile applications, orchestrating seamless coordination between global teams in China and the US. This role demands bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, strong project management acumen, and adeptness in business and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination between global teams in China and the US, ensuring flawless communication and workflow across time zones.

  • Bridge communication between internal teams and external partners, aligning all parties with project goals and updates.

  • Manage schedules and deadlines for web series production and mobile app development, ensuring timely progress and resolution of conflicts.

  • Collaborate with tech teams to build and enhance mobile applications for web series consumption.

  • Drive business negotiations and logistics planning, coordinating efforts with internal departments and external entities.

  • Fluently communicate and translate materials between English and Chinese, supporting cross-team collaboration and understanding.

  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project schedules.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, and logistical coordination skills.

  • Proficient with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Office Suite).

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

  • Keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to thrive under pressure.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $25 - $36 per hour. Exact base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
