Working Environment

• Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking.

• Visual acuity and manual dexterity associated with daily use of desktop computer; bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Essential Duties

• Engaging directly and nurturing relationships with small, medium and large-scale businesses in the microelectronics/semiconductor industry for their workforce development needs.

• Identifying potential partners and initiating contact to explore collaboration opportunities.

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the workforce development needs of each partner.

• Assisting in the design and implementing tailored workforce development programs to meet the specific needs of partners.

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support and information.

• Facilitating regular meetings and communications to ensure alignment and to address any issues or concerns.

• Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and programs.

• Collecting feedback from partners to continuously improve offerings and outcomes.

• Representing the organization at community events, industry conferences, and networking functions.

• Advocating for workforce development initiatives and building awareness of available programs.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $62,000 per year; DOE
