Alphanumeric Systems, Inc is hiring an External Engagement Hub Coordinator in RTP, NC.

The "US External Expert Engagement Hub" is an integral part of GSK Viiv Medical Affairs with the objective to lead and provide Healthcare Professional (HCP), Patient, and External Expert Engagement subject matter expertise, delivering external engagement programs such as advisory boards, consulting, and Medically-Led disease state programs.

This is a complex role with interaction with database vendors, event management vendors, Global HUB counterparts, IT, Legal, and Compliance. It requires a broad understanding of systems, GSK policies, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Scope of Work

The US External Expert Engagement Consultant has responsibility for managing the delivery and transfer of Viiv engagement processes, including:

  • Complete tasks related to the deployment of a new web-based solution for ViiV Medical HCP Activities and Payments through Healthstar (vendor).

  • Validate correct entry of 2019 program data of ViiV's Medical HCP Activities and Payments for ViiV Medical.

  • Ensure selection of qualified HCP whose expertise matches the need & who is eligible (ie, completing vetting & debarment checks, spend cap, DNU checks), a signed written agreement using globally approved templates specifying the terms including payment at Fair Market Value, completion of the work before payment is issued, and reporting & disclosure of payments and transfers of value (TOV) according with local laws and regulations (eg the Sunshine Act).

PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

  • Audit the conversion results from the manual solution currently deployed by HealthSTAR vendor to HealthSTAR's standard configurable system, process and service model in support of GSK's Medical HCP Activities and Payments for GSK and ViiV Medical.

  • Confirm that all activities have been accurately and completely entered in new platform

  • Confirm that all HCP profiles have been properly set up and the ViiV DNU list is indicated on appropriate HCP profiles

  • Manage the GSK EEE Process and the provision of services by AHM, BCD or McVeigh (key vendors) or in-house solutions, providing specialized knowledge and support to the broader ViiV and GSK organisation.

  • Complete HCP eligibility checks

  • Complete contract templates on time

Description of Deliverables:

  • Provide overall coordination of communication between ViiV stakeholders and Vendor to ensure that processes are followed, and issues resolved in a timely, consistent, and appropriate manner including participation in regularly scheduled conference calls

  • Provide project scope management and tracking throughout the project

  • Participate in meetings and discussions; ViiV shall complete specific follow-up as required by the deliverables to ensure successful completion of the program.
