Project Coordinator


Project Coordinator will responsible for supporting the Medicaid Learning and Performance team in the development, implementation and ongoing management of project(s)support.

Fundamental Components:

Facilitate the overall Medicaid Learning and Performance governance process, by:

Monitoring and triaging inbound training development requests

Leading governance meetings to support decision making

Documenting outcomes

Assist with projects as assigned

Actively participates on development of implementation plan to ensure all impacted parties (up stream/down stream) are informed of next steps for completion.

Actively participates in the development of the communications materials on project status to all impacted parties.

Performs data collection and research

Edits and maintains project-related materials

May assist with project logistics including agenda, meeting arrangements and minutes

Provide a wide variety of administrative support for the department, which includes:

Managing department software licenses

Managing and ordering software/hardware requests

Maintains department organizational charts

Function as Lead Learning Administrator

  • Aetnet, Essential Links, Learning Administrator

Creates courses

Monitors course activity

Creates/fixes or adds participants in classes

Assures classes are being created within 48 hours of requests being submitted

Reporting Oversight

Processing reports/data requests as needed

With direction, performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve basic business problems

Documents, tracks, and resolves issues related to data quality.

Documents data gathering and processing and provides a detailed set of results and analytical metrics

2 years related work experience in project management or equivalent

Proven track record to identifying critical project tasks and meeting project dates

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
