Position: Project Coordinator / Administrator

Location: Bloomfield, NM
Reports To: Project Engineer / Project Manager
Loenbro is currently looking to hire Project Coordinator / Administrator to work closely with Project Management team at our Fabrication shop. Candidate will work in the office with management team. Successful construction coordinators exercise attentiveness to detail, organizational skills and the ability to work in an environment that is fairly routine.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Controlling project scope, delivery, installation and change management issues.
Delivering to the baseline plan, tracking, and reporting progress, resolving issues to maintain schedule.
Gathering correspondence and reports as necessary to communicate effectively during execution.
Managing installation during execution, including equipment management and progress.
Ensuring accurate timekeeping of crew and employee attendance.
Coordinating materials and delivery to site. Including MTR tracking/ uploading, bill of ladings, material receiving and inventory.
Ensuring documentation compliance.
Assist estimating department with pipe/ structural takeoffs, bid log tracking,
Assist with new hire onboarding process and tracking.
Skills/Qualifications:
Efficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
High level of organizational skills
High attention to detail
Must be a quick learner and motivated
Self-motivated with the drive to learn and grow
Must be able to work as a team and solve problem
Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Mgt or Engineering or related field is a plus.
1-2 years of Coordinator / engineer experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of construction safety and industry-specific onboarding processes is advantageous.
Essential Requirements:
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Climbing up and down stairs and ladders
Lifting up to 35 pounds
Driving if required to travel to and from locations
Occasionally may need to kneel, reach or stoop
If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
