Job Description
PROJECT COORDINATOR Project Coordinator is a retail planning and execution specialist. This position serves as a retail specialist to stores for store design, remodels, special projects, and planograms (POG). Additionally, this role project manages and executes store remodels leveraging internal and external resources.
What you will do • Consult with stake holders on Store Design including store flow, fixture layout, department placement and category adjacencies • Defines the standard and creates assortment planograms, prioritizes custom POG work, and communicates recommended assortments to stakeholders. • Responsible for prioritizing retail projects and projects managing end-to-end process while achieving ROI (return on investment) goals on projects. • Understands retail problems. Evaluates potential solutions including deployment of set teams and outside resources. • Creates retail solutions to store management • Completes resets, remodels completely and on time.
Requirements
What you need to succeed • Store planning or visual merchandising experience in retail environment and / or bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills with customers and colleagues • Detail-oriented and extremely organized self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and meet deadlines • Ability to work autonomously and accomplish objectives in active store environment • Proven ability to present persuasively to stakeholders • Ability to manage mid-sized store remodel projects • Understanding of the markets and industry • Embodies company values and is customer focused • Ability to travel
