Project Coordinator

This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.

2HB Incorporated is seeking a Project Coordinator in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams
• Assisting in developing management plans and preparing management/cost performance reports 
• Providing technical expertise to coordinate project activities such as work package drafting and coordination, work breakdown structure management;
• coordinating travel, meetings, briefings and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program management tasks. 

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. Two (2) years’ experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities; Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years’ experience is required for a total of six (6) years’ experience. One year of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
