Within the Wholesale Chief Operating Office, Wholesale Business Solutions (WBS) drives the client experience through common products, services, and tools to empower the business lines to onboard and service clients effectively, compliantly, and profitably. The Wholesale PMO is aligned to Wholesale Business Solutions and reports dotted line into the newly formed Enterprise PMO (EPMO).

The Wholesale PMO (WPMO) is a team of seasoned strategy and program professionals who are aligned to support Wholesale through Portfolio Management, Program Delivery,

and Project Management. Through governance and prioritization, the WPMO enables project investment decisions to be aligned to business goals and strategic priorities.

Program and Project Delivery allows us to successfully execute against these priorities by advocating for our business partners while effectively collaborating with partners in technology, risk, finance, legal, operations and product. The WPMO enhances the ownership, organizational structure, standardization,.

The Project Coordiantor is responsible for managing and coordinating activities and resources throughout the project life-cycle (initiating, planning, monitoring & controlling, and closing) in support of large-scale projects that are typically longer-term, with medium to high scope, impact, risk and/or complexity. Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following: develops and maintains project and program timelines; gathers project requirements; develops and maintains project documentation in accordance with Enterprise Program and Project Management methodology; develops, tracks and reports project status; tracks program and project budgets; identifies project/production issues and identifies resources to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project delays; schedules and coordinates problem reviews and follows up on assigned actions; arranges and/or delivers training; documents new or revised processes and procedures; updates Web sites that host project documents, reports, and/or group information; serves as point of contact for project information and updates. evaluations. May directly manage 1 or 2 project staff team members.

Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project coordination experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Project Coordinator with knowledge of financial services

  • Experience in risk areas and wholesale banking a strong plus

  • Key skills include: organized, detail oriented, experienced with agile and iterative delivery approaches, strong relationship management and collaboration skills. Must be able to coordinate integrated planning across multiple functional areas and effectively work across multiple projects and lines of business. Experience with MS Project and SharePoint required.

  • Project coordination pertaining to Risk Area initiatives

  • Ensure critical tasks across all functional areas are integrated and identify key dependencies

  • Clearly and accurately produce project deliverables

  • Manage requests and activities across multiple projects

  • Maintain project and program plan in MS Project

  • Create presentations and communications that clearly communicate project or program status, changes, requests.
