The Project Controls Analyst-Leasing will provide support for the Air to Ground (ATG) network and teams in North America. You will work closely with construction managers, field engineers, network engineers, RF engineers, and legal teams to assist in developing & managing rent roll reports, work in lease system (Visual Lease) to manage lease expense, ad hoc payments and reconciling vendor invoices. Integral to the team, you will be the primary contact between Gogo, our vendors, and the Legal department to ensure the timely review and approval of various leases, permits, and contract agreements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to learn systems and must be able to develop relationships with stakeholders, including accounting, finance, and other various internal departments to achieve its goals.

How will you make a difference?
Management of various work efforts against approved budget plan, provide regular status reports of progress
Communicate and maintain project schedules, reporting schedules, monthly accruals and quarterly forecasts
Administer logistics support including but not limited to PQ (Purchase Quote) coordination, non-PO invoices, fixed Asset management, transfer orders, backhaul management, packaging requirements, shipping documentation, and freight and site maintenance invoice payments
Maintain project administrative files and records and provide document control support for legal submittals and maintain records of all Regulatory information
It is the responsibility of the PC Analyst to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
Manage jobs (in Navision), fixed asset and transfer orders in Nav, support cell site audits, inventory and invoice reconciliation and cleanup activities to capture the correct costs allocations
Primary focus is to ensure all requests submissions are completed by the specified SLA and due date. Create and update SLA and other key performance metrics
Performs other duties and special projects as requested by management
Assist with ROI and cost analysis on vendor quotes and SOW proposal reviews
Supports the PMs with preparation of yearly, quarterly, or monthly project budget worksheets to meet department budget and reporting requirements
Manage financial paperwork flow related to purchase orders & invoices by using EXCEL and the Navision financial system
Maintain open communication with the vendors and their employees to ensure documents are submitted and are completed. QA/QC management of documents
Work with the PM to develop reports, tracking methods, and support definition of processes within the team
Recommend process improvements plans, areas of efficiencies and automations
Assist monthly recurring charges for cell site lease, backhaul, maintenance, hardware and software services per the contract. Support reconciliation, true-up, dispute and billing credits
Preferred Skills, Experiences & Talents:
Advance knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas and charts) and other MS Office Suite products
Advance knowledge of contractual language and terminology
Ability to write coherent routine reports and effective business letters
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to lead project management activities
