Join us and become Project Controller in our Project Development team where you'll be responsible for budgeting, controlling, and reporting on development activities in the offshore wind power pipeline. The responsibility includes close collaboration with key project stakeholders such as project development managers, technical project managers, commercial managers, planners, and market developers.

Your key tasks will be to

  • handle the day-to-day cost management of development/project activities, including support and communication to the budget owners
  • manage monthly closings, including accruals, project accounting, and reporting/analysis of development expenditure (DEVEX)
  • update the budgets on an ongoing basis and create transparency around the cost drivers
  • support the project matrix organization: facilitate and strengthen the link between the country, the projects and the finance line organization.

Your competences include that you

  • have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent and experience with cost controlling of asset projects, preferably from a large energy company with a matrix organization
  • necessarily have experience with US GAAP, IFRS, and budgeting, and that you are a skilled user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • are a proactive, adaptive and 'can-do' person and have a structured and result-driven approach to problem-solving
  • speak and write English fluently.

Furthermore, you're a team player and able to deliver excellent results in a rapidly changing environment. Finally, you thrive in an international environment and can create good relationships with stakeholders.
