Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory Services advises clients on managing business controversy and conflict, executing deals, and maintaining regulatory compliance. We provide services to companies throughout their lifecycle from purchasing a company to investigating potential fraud.

In 2008, Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory Services opened a new facility in Nashville, TN for eDiscovery and Computer Forensics work. Deloitte Advisory's eDiscovery Solutions Center ("EDSC") continues to increase the capacity, quality, and efficiency of Discovery Service processing by utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a dedicated environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Deloitte's Discovery practice and help drive our success.

The EDSC is a 24x7, 365 days a year operation located in Hermitage TN and supported by teams across the globe.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain all key project documentation.

  • Enter and maintain information about a project within the workflow management system (D3), ensuring it is consistent with proposal and engagment letter terms and utilizes approved contracted rates.

  • Set up all new projects for Deloitte Discovery in Deloitte's Billing Systems.

  • Participate in new Project Kick-off calls at the start of projects as needed.

  • Set up all project billing codes in Deloitte's internal accounting system called Swift

  • Reconcile Deloitte practitioner's time and expense entries on all project codes and temporary time codes.

  • Set up project rates in billing system to align with engagement terms.

  • Create all client invoices and shepherd through approval process.

  • Process approved invoices using approved allocated amounts per entity and within proper guidelines.

  • Review, track and escalate exceptions to billing transactions.

  • Enter invoices in custom legal billing systems.

  • Prepare reports for Discovery Leadership on invoice status and create other key financial status reports.

  • Track project work against project budget and integrate billing information into invoicing process.

  • Assist with the archiving of all project documentation and close appropriate project codes at the end of each project lifecycle.

  • Work with records management to ensure file retention standards are met.

  • Train Project Managers and Senior Managers on the Deloitte Discovery billing process.

  • Maintain all procedure documents and QC Checklists to ensure standardization of all Client Porfolios and SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or 3-5 years administrative experience in a corporate environment.

  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in an efficient manner.

  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills are required.

  • The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

  • Handle business matters with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.

  • Prior Electronic Discovery or Law Firm experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

  • Travel less than 5%

  • No immigration sponsorship available

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
