Leidos Health has an immediate need for a Project Control Analyst in Baltimore, MD.

This position will participate in the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting on projects. Will assist with and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.

Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

This position will be participating in the planning, tracking analysis, and reporting of various programs and contract types. Responsibilities will include significant interface with Program Manager/TO Managers, Contracts, and other Support organizations.

Implements financial policies and procedures in support of the program. Establishes and maintains cost/schedule baselines, develops WBS and related dictionaries, develops schedules or Resource Plans, budgets, and has a complete understanding of related financial policies. May assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management.

Provides data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program reviews. Prepares written and verbal reports to management regarding cost variances.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 3 years related experience. Basic knowledge of multiple contract types:

FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts. Has the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments within the programs supporting. Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of Leidos financial systems; such as: Hyperion, Cognos, Fusion, and Cost Point, Slic. Ability to work independently or team environment.
