Klaus Roofing of Ohio is growing, and we are looking for experienced in-home sales professional to run and close qualified, company-provided leads, as well as run and close self-generated leads. This is an opportunity to easily make $75,000.00- $100,000.00+ per year!

The Position:

We provide you with PAID TRAINING to become a "Klaus Way" Expert in roof replacement and repair. Once you have completed your training, you will be provided with company generated appointments with pre-qualified customers each week. You will follow a proven process of inspection and discovery with each customer to determine their needs, create solutions to solve their problems. We restore their property value, peace of mind and quality of life they deserve from their home.

The ideal candidate has in-home sales experience and comes from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries. You must have proven, verifiable, and stable sales experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus. Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills are required for this role. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, strong ethics, high integrity, and a commitment to always putting the customer first, are non-negotiable requirements for this role's success.
