We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Associate.
In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for providing a broad range of support on projects or program related planning functions. Responsible for providing moderate data analysis and other research-related activities. Uses judgment and discretion to interpret and analyze data for reporting purposes. Plans and coordinates seminars, project milestones, as needed. Works under general supervision.
Serve as a resource for practices and offer assistance with troubleshooting issues related to Peoplesoft, Epro, and other systems.
Use Peoplesoft to order clinical and clerical supplies for practices as needed
Evaluate incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepare responses as appropriate using clear and effective communication
Order appropriate front end forms, regulatory posters, Epic posters and postage stamps for new off sites, ensuring delivery by go-live
Follow up on credentialing projects (i.e Medicaid Revalidation)
Coordinate flu reservations with practices and assist with purchase orders
Compile information, prepare and submit weekly New Provider and Provider Termination emails.
Prepare and maintain a variety of communications, reports, charts, grids, written documentations and presentations which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature
Coordinate with print shop for creation of announcement posters for incoming physicians and practice moves
Coordinate with the print shop and practice/transition managers to implement mailings including patient notification, referring MD, moving, and retirement mailings
Support the Manager Ambulatory Operations in problem solving and project planning/coordination to ensure efficient service (i.e. ordering business cards & stationary, lab coats, etc. for new off-site physicians and practice transitions)
Organize, facilitate and coordinate meetings at off sites for kick offs and arranging for required support (travel)
Maintain schedules/calendars for the Ambulatory Director(s)
Associate's Degree is required. Minimum of 1 year of related experience in an office setting or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Effective Oral, written communication and interpersonal skills. Computer Skills - Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power point and Access. Ability to develop basic formulae for spreadsheets; set up routine computer procedures; Ability to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software. Ability to proofread documents and write clear, concise 1st draft. Ability to type at a speed of at least 45 net words per minutes.Knowledge of standard office practices. Ability to multi-task while paying attention to details. Ability to use standard office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line telephones, fax machines.
