This temporary position will be primarily responsible for assisting with special projects and needs within the Ad Strategy & Operations department. This role will support the growth of social/branded content sales efforts across digital platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
Proficiency with media planning and reporting recommended
Golf knowledge/background a plus
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Assist Strategy and Media Sales teams as needed on paid social branded content media planning
Collaborate with internal teams on paid social activations
Assist with monitoring and tracking performance across paid social activations
Assist with reporting and post-mortem analysis, including but not limited to: wrap reports, monthly billing and revenue reconciliation, and dissemination of insights to Strategy and Media Sales teams
Assist with efforts to ensure cross-system alignment for all social/branded content activations across digital platforms
Assist Paid Media Activation Manager on additional paid social activations as it pertains to internal business needs
Special projects and duties as assigned
