Job Summary Under the direction of leadership, the Project Assistant will provide administrative, operational and clerical support to the successful implementation of various programs and/or projects. Performs related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associate#s degree or some college coursework required. Bachelor#s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience: One to three years relevant experience Knowledge, Skills and Duties Act in an appropriate and professional manner as defined by the company#s Standards of Behavior, Policy and Procedures, and Scope of Services. Correct business English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals from various socioeconomic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Current office administrative practices and procedures. Role model AHS Standards of Behavior.

Use independent judgment and initiative within established policies and procedures. Job Roles Acts as office automation specialist/coordinator/troubleshooter. Assists in preparation of presentations, narrative and statistical reports, locating sources of information; creates simple charts and graphs for reports.

Coordinates logistical arrangements for training events and meetings, including, securing facilities, catering and materials preparation. Maintain project files; creates and maintain excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes. Prepares correspondence and documents; prepares agendas and minutes of meetings; sets up meetings, contacts participants, reserves rooms, prepares notices and agenda; assembles materials/documents needed for such meetings.

Maintains contact list for teams. Relieves leadership of certain administrative details by routinely and independently performing administrative support tasks such as researching problems; contacts outside vendors, healthcare organizations, community agencies and others to gather information, requiring independent judgment; prepare contracts, purchase orders, check requests and other light accounting tasks. Sorts, screens, prioritizes and routes mail, attaching pertinent correspondence and other relevant data for reference; determines in what priority material should be referred to the leadership#s attention.

The position includes development of proposals, client support during implementation, development and maintenance of service level agreements. Associates support consultants in developing relationships with business partners (both internal and external). Major Responsibilities: * Assists in the development and management of program proposals, recommendations, implementation plans, communication packages, performance measurement tools, and training materials related to the assigned project * Manage and coordinate sold Strategic Customer Engagement programs that include onsite health screenings and classes, walking program, marketing and communications, rewards and incentives, access to online health programs and reports that assess the participation and success of programs. * Partner and support Customer and Client Support Consultant to build strong relationships with Account Management teams and employer customers. * Uses workforce health knowledge, philosophy, tools and resources in order to adhere to all business processes and procedures * Participates in the analysis of customers' business processes and functional requirements and in the preparation of workforce health program communication and implementation, identifies onboarding requirements for customer implementations and/or works collaboratively with Consultant on non-standard implementations. * May participate in workflows, process diagrams and gap analysis development * Responsible for creating and managing customer operating plans within timelines and processes (e.g., product guardrails). * Assists with developing and coordinating collateral documents (Customer communications in coordination with marketing, legal, etc.). * Addresses customer needs by looking at all variables and making decisions based on urgency of specific cases, given time demands, and key priorities. * Recognizes when the situation demands quick and immediate action and makes decisions quickly. * Uses knowledge and expertise in order to make informed decisions. * Uses excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally. * Responsible for seeking supervisor or manager to provide guidance and/or solve problems for difficult issues.
