STATUS: non-regular, non-exempt, temporary (approximately 3 months)

DEPT/LOCATION: Fresno, CA

Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility: Provide support to team members in back office functions with administrative duties during the merger process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Aptitude for detail and organization.

  • Professional and service-orientated demeanor and communication skills.

  • Team player with the ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisors.

  • Good judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Aptitude for technology and proficiency with computers, including internet browsers and Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Proficiency at speaking, reading and writing English.

Experience and/or Education:

  • Previous clerical experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Projects, Adobe and Excel, preferred.

  • Six (6) months of related experience in a banking branch or back office, preferred.

This position is temporary and requiring availability of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Must be able to work occasional weekends and evening hours.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
