The ideal candidate has experience providing executive support in a DoD environment.
Provide Project Assistance and Administrative Support to senior U.S. Army leaders in their mission to research and analyze technologies from outside entities such as industry, academia, other U.S. government entities, and allied nations for the improvement of the capability of the U.S. Army warfighter. Duties include:
Process all administrative actions for coordination with allied entities including the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Science and Technology Organization (STO) Appplied Vehicle Technology (AVT) and The Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP).
Track and respond to all office actions and taskers.
Prepare regular updates for and briefings to senior leadership.
Coordinate and support senior leader visits and meetings.
Prepare and file administrative papers, presentations, and office letters.
Proactively maintain the calendars of two senior leaders, de-conflicting meetings, obtaining read-ahead materials, and tracking other senior leader calendars for relevance and synchronization.
Prepare travel orders and travel arrangements for two senior leaders, prepare, submit, and track travel vouchers.
Provide other project and administrative support as needed.
The candidate must be able to obtain and hold a SECRET clearance. Occasional travel, including overseas, may be required.
High School level plus 2-5 years experience
