Project Architect - Remote (Must Reside In State Of Florida)

Job Summary Paul Davis Restoration of Broward is a full-service water mitigation, mold remediation and restoration company. We are seeking a Project Architect to submit drawings based on a Matterport 3D capture platform. Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Manager to address scope Develop design drawings based on a Matterport 3D capture platform for residential restoration projects Drawings to include residential electrical and kitchen Revisions to electrical may also be necessary from time to time based on building codes Must have experience with building codes and architectural standards Timely submissions extremely important Experience Bachelor's degree in architecture Proven experience working as an Architect in a professional setting Proficiency in architectural software Strong familiarity with South Florida building codes Experience working from a Matterport 3D capture platform (preferred) Job-Type Part Time
