Job Description

Our firm is looking to bring on a Project Architect to support their retail team. This PA will work under the general supervision of a sr project manager, providing support in design development, construction documents, and construction administration.

Hard Skills

• Graduate of Architecture or design school

• 8+ years experience in commercial interior architecture, retail

• Experience in Core & Shell/Building envelope design

• Highly skilled in Revit (must have used consistently in past year)

• Degree in Architecture

• Extensive experience in exterior detailing

• Core + shell or ground-up project experience

• Experience in retail, storefront systems, exterior details, tenant improvement, and vendor coordination

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

Fully remote work environment. Studios are open for those who prefer to work hybrid/in person. Typical work day is M-F 8-5, but the client is highly flexible with work times.
