Project Architect

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our client's team in Dallas, TX.

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that design intent is executed effectively. Your ability to turn architectural sketches into detailed models and images, along with your knack for solving technical issues, will be key. With your expertise in Revit, you'll play a vital role in bringing client projects to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

Other duties include:

• Collaborate with team to develop project solutions based on market knowledge and client objectives
• Coordinate documentation with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.)
• Work with project team, clients, vendors, and consultants
• Resolve technical and design challenges
• Oversee production of drawings and specifications
• Ensure documents meet design intent and technical standards
• Manage submittals and address RFIs
• Communicate with building and permitting officials
• Contribute to project financial success
• Assist in drafting proposals and contracts
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant project experience
• State licensure necessary
• Critical Facilities/Mission Control and/or data center experience or interest required
• Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with BIM360, Enscape, and AutoCAD beneficial
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or SketchUp
• Familiarity with materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software, including Grasshopper, advantageous
