Our healthcare team specializes in architectural design and planning to deliver research-based, value-added solutions for health systems, care providers and patients alike.


  • Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings.

  • Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents. Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.

  • Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project.

  • Plan, coordinate and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration.

  • Review construction submittals and assist project manager in construction administration.

  • Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of job-related experience.

  • Licensed with Healthcare experience required.

  • Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD, REVIT Sketchup, PhotoShop software.

  • Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.

  • LEED certification is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

  • Time management skills.

Develops and maintains relationships with Healthcare clients to generate revenue and deposit growth. Effectively and professionally represents the bank in the community and respective markets for the development and growth of SHL commercial clients. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Actively markets and solicits commercial loans by seeking out Specialty Healthcare clients that meet the targeted profile of SHL; works toward the growth and retention of existing SHL commercial clients. * Meets and works with SHL commercial clients to identify financial goals, and collaboratively seeks out ways to reach those goals. * Interviews and assesses SHL clients; describes application review process and discusses features and benefits of the bank's SHL programs; discusses key aspects of financing such as rates, terms and payment amounts; prepares and submits appropriate loan recommendations for approval; ensures that all required documentation is properly signed and received; and explains debt responsibilities. * Submits loan applications for verification and recommendation for approval. Confers with underwriters to aid in resolving application and/or financial data problems. Conveys loan decision and explanation to applicant. * Establishes and negotiates, where necessary, terms under which credit will be extended, including the costs, repayment method, and schedule and collateral requirements. Utilizes decision-making abilities and credit analysis skills to make appropriate credit and structuring recommendations. * Markets bank products to existing and potential SHL clients, promotes bank services that may meet the needs of the client. Connects clients with appropriate bankers for financing or money management needs beyond the scope of the SHL commercial function. * Calls on potential or existing clients to develop new business and increase or retain existing business; contributes to bank deposit growth. Cross-sells deposit, trade, treasury management, foreign exchange, private wealth management, asset management, and other services. * Accountable for the processing and handling of loan and credit requests through credit decisioning and funding while maintaining adherence to bank policies and procedures. * Remains knowledgeable about the SHL sector regulatory guidelines, trends, and competitor programs. * Stays abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products available to meet the needs of SHL clients. Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge of and ensures adherence to all new regulatory compliance, bank policies & procedures and loan program changes. * Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role.
