Project Architect

If you are a Registered Architect with commercial experience, please read on Position Overview: The Project Architect is responsible for designing and managing multiple projects, ensuring they meet all applicable codes and regulations.

This individual will be the go-to resource for developing plans, creating shop drawings and submittals, and developing project proposals. Key Responsibilities: Developing and coordinating architectural plans, elevations, and details Creating shop drawings and submittals Developing proposals and presentations for clients Consulting with clients, contractors, other personnel, and regulatory agencies regarding building codes, design, and zoning regulations Managing projects from conception to completion Reviewing project designs for compliance and accuracy Oversight of drafting and design staff Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture from an accredited university Registered Architect license Comprehensive knowledge of IBC, NFPA, and ADA Code Proficiency in Sketchup and Revit Strong organizational and communication skills Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
