Project Architect

We are seeking an experienced Local Law 11 Architectural Project Manager to lead façade inspections and repairs within our architectural division. As an architect, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining building safety and aesthetics. If you're passionate about architectural preservation and project management, we'd love to hear from you.

Description:

• Travel to job sites across NJ and NYC to perform on-site inspections and up-close examinations of buildings

• Work with various contractors to move projects along

• Design and draft a mix of architectural projects ranging from commercial, residential, and hospitality

• Use AutoCAD to produce construction documents

• Work on Local Law 11 projects in NYC

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience within architecture OR structural engineering (architecture preferred)

• Ability to travel to job sites throughout NYC

• Diverse architecture experience

• Ability to use AutoCAD to produce architecture drawings as needed

• Work within design phase of the architectural process; the ability to use Sketchup is a plus

• Local law 11 experience in NYC is a plus
