Salary: $Mid 60,000 / year
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Project and Data Manager will support the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Division's efforts to plan and manage initiatives and projects; develop and present analytic operational reports; and create, modify, and/or simplify operational processes and procedures. The Project and Data Manager will work closely with the Quality Department leadership to implement initiatives to support the division's operational excellence and ability to use data to improve performance. The Project and Data Manager will support the Divisions' efforts in identifying, manipulating, synthesizing, and analyzing data from a variety of sources to produce useful reports that aid in management of the operations of a large service Division.

Bachelor's Degree in human services or business management related fields of study required; Master's degree preferred. In some instances, experience may be substituted for academic training.
Minimum of three to five years of administrative, project management, and/or data analysis in government, human services, health care, or similar not for profit industries preferred.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management.
