Job Description:

Responsible to manage all Direct Charging Indirect (DCI) budget and Indirect Headcount for the Production Engineering (PE) Central Services Organization, which includes Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Planning, as well as provide oversight for the organization's consultant and contingent labor process; conduct cost-benefit analysis in regard to all budget spending; required to manage and monitor training, Fabrication, and IT project/services budgets. Will analyze and assist in determination of make-buy decisions for organization.

Will conduct cost benefit analysis for labor and costs related to processes and projects. Will be required to understand, summarize, and communicate complex data to leadership. Must be able to make sound business decisions.

Will be required to work varied projects related to the Production Engineering Central Services Organization. Will be responsible to create and analyze metrics to identify actions required to improve performance tracking and reporting; will assist with baseline schedules for Production Engineering projects and track performance against these plans. Provide PE Central Services data/reports as needed by leadership.The candidate must possess strong leadership skills and will require a basic understanding of the production operations organizations and processes. The candidate needs the ability to understand, summarize, and communicate complex data to executive leadership for making sound business decisions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree, Bus or Bus Mgmt, Accounting or similar

  • Project management experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

The Project Manager will be expected to manage the production of required deliverables; use of resources; planning, monitoring & maintaining project plans; managing project risks (including the development of contingency plans); and, ensuring work is not overlooked nor duplicated.
