Project Analyst

This position is accountable for successful project support delivery through disciplined project coordination processes and close collaboration with Engineers, business unit stakeholders and project managers throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and distribute Project Team Contact List

Maintain project schedule

Maintain Project Action Items, Assumptions, Risks and Issues Logs

Maintain standard project deliverables

Interfacing with business unit stakeholders, PMs, and Engineers for data collections

Organization and verification on application owners for integration work

Communicating with the engineering team on requirements for integration

Assist Project Manager with weekly status updates

Assist Project Manager in producing presentations for project stakeholders

Maintain Project Team Calendar

Schedule project meetings and reserve conference rooms as necessary

Accommodate a high degree of change in a fast paced, complex and demanding environment

Establish and sustain strong on-going relationships with IT Project Managers and Project Team Members

Research, collect and analyze project related data to meet project/program/portfolio level reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years of progressively challenging project coordination experience within the Information Technology discipline required

Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

IT project experience supporting various business units

Emerging leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with others

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results

Demonstrated ability to accommodate a high level of change and adapt accordingly

Demonstrated competency in dealing with ambiguous requirements and still deliver good results

Previous experience with Scrum/Agile
