As a project analyst, you will be a key member of Qualcomm's Corporate Market Intelligence function, supporting the data & intelligence needs across the organization. Your role will cover multiple aspects in ensuring Qualcomm employees have access to the latest third party market data, including portal and content management, systems and access management, and data purchasing. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the Company, partnering with teams such as Finance, Procurement, IT, and business teams.

Key Tasks Include:

  • Content management

  • Curate and maintain internal digital research repository

  • Catalogs research publications for effective dissemination and enterprise sharing

  • Utilizes content management best practices to ensure consistency of records and maximized findability

  • Identifying process improvements for end-to-end content consumption, from third- party source to internal employee

  • Systems & Access Management

  • Ensuring seamless employee access to third-party information and market research tools

  • Works with internal and external partners to develop systems for access and end-user authentication.

  • Manage back-end team infrastructure, i.e. Sharepoint, service accounts

  • Research Acquisition

  • Assist with market research purchase process, including annual subscriptions and one-off purchases

  • Work with internal partners on contract process, following standard internal procedures

  • Reconcile purchases following standard internal procedures

  • May contribute toward regular research deliverables and events, such as daily news monitoring, analyst presentations, and event coordination.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter that enjoys working autonomously and in groups. You will thrive on identifying and solving problems, while improving existing processes.As you gain industry knowledge, you'll be comfortable in drafting report descriptions, classifying, and maintaining research segments. You'll recognize the value of market data on business decisions and work toward establishing seamless access for employees.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years in the following areas:

  • Digital content management and/or information systems management

  • Project planning and implementation

  • Experience in high-tech or adjacent industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Communicating cross-functionally with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with 3rd party market analysts, such as IDC, ABI, etc.

  • Experience with 3rd party business research tools

  • Familiarity of key Qualcomm business areas

  • Working familiarity with Excel, Adobe, and other software tools

  • Proven organizational, planning, and presentation skills

The information includes components of project scope, cost, and schedule. The Project Analyst may also be utilized to support in the development and review of project risk registers.
