The Project Analyst 2 primarily supports the Global Banking KYC Operations Head and KYC Operations leadership team by leading key global and regional operational analyses, and manages important execution support functions to enable best in class leadership of the organization


Strategy Analysis & Project Management: 65%

  • Directly supports global leadership on execution-related analyses of health of operation, including, but not limited to, reporting key performance metrics to global and region leadership, as well as tracking necessary follow-ups

  • Supports execution of key strategic projects for leadership team by driving culture of continuous improvement and accountability, while ensuring project documents such as communication plan and risk management plans are updated as necessary

  • Champions global diversity initiatives by tracking diverse slates across regions

  • Attends key senior forums and tracks the execution of important milestones and timely achievement of deliverables

  • Oversees collection and consolidation of, as well as assists with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents

  • Leads communications strategy by maintaining constant flow of key messages to and from senior leadership and site staff

  • Supports productivity improvement initiatives, working with global operational teams to set and track production targets

  • Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed

Execution & Administrative Support: 35%

  • Coordinates logistics, agenda, and flawless execution of senior level meetings such as town halls and site visits, inclusive of travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel

  • Prepare materials and correspondence for meetings and review at high level with senior leaders

  • Trains, coaches or guides other staff on administrative topics when required such as ensuring headcount tracking is up to date

  • Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency


  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong management, influencing, communication and implementation skills to deliver continuous service improvement in a multi-cultural environment

  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships at a senior level.

  • Previous analysis and business administration experience preferable

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, across regions, and across all levels of management.

  • Ability to partner with and lead groups alongside both managed and non-managed staff and to present information to seniors and stakeholders in terms that facilitate understanding and necessary actions

  • Proven problem solver, self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment with different functional areas to get the job done.

  • Proven ability to prioritize business objectives and effectively manage multiple projects through to timely benefit realization. Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems

The Program This role is part of the Advanced Operations Global Engineering Development program that provides engineering and leadership development across several areas of Stryker's business. Project Engineers in this role will have on-site functional rotations between the Advanced Operations, Quality and Operations organization, gaining highly valuable experience in key areas of Device Manufacturing Business. The program is 20 months in duration and begins in September of each year. Functional Rotation Opportunities As a program participant, graduates will be placed in one of the following teams: Advanced Operations (AO) AO plays a critical role in Stryker that interfaces between R&D activities and manufacturing, translating design requirements into manufacturing and process requirements and designs and specifies the manufacturing process for either internal manufacturing or external manufacturing partnership Supply Chain Optimization The function of the Supply Chain Optimization organization is to unlock value, reduce supply risk and streamline our current production chains through use of manufacturing transfer. Team members will perform due diligence and provide manufacturability assessments on product transfers to both Stryker production facilities and strategic suppliers. Team members will also work with our global partners and senior leaders by creating in-depth scoping plans and cost-benefit analyses that drive business excellence and both top and bottom-line growth. Responsibilities * Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the Stryker new product development procedures. * Ensure quality of process and product as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications. * Will assist in the selection of components and equipment based on analysis of specifications, reliability and regulatory requirements. * Support capital acquisition activities. * Will analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental test and result analysis.
