On our team, you'll help project leadership monitor cost, schedule, and performance using tools like Microsoft Office Suite and regular interactions with clients. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with applying analytic techniques to the evaluation of project objectives and the implementation of strategic direction

  • Experience with developing, facilitating, and tracking workshops and offsite events, including developing strategies and prioritization

  • Experience with developing and administratively managing on-site training

  • Experience with tracking and providing administrative support to employees on professional rotation, including time keeping, leave processing, pay, travel, and emergency needs

  • Top Secret clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience with managing a training budget

  • Experience with working in DoD environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a small team

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • TS/SCI clearance
