Project Analyst

Key Role:

Work under general supervision and comprehend and leverage all sources of information, including INTs, open source material, law enforcement data, and other government data and information on a specific topic or target. Use structured methodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and assist with applying specialized subject matter expertise to guide efforts. Assist with developing products, including daily reports or summaries and formal or informal briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with participating in meetings with project leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients

  • Experience with maintaining and organizing project status and documentation

  • Experience with developing and updating Microsoft Word documents and Excel spreadsheets

  • Ability to communicate in both oral and written forms

  • Ability to take notes, record action items during meetings, and follow up after meetings to track statuses

  • Ability to be a critical thinker and prioritize and multi-task

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with tracking material purchases and generating documents to track material purchases and fabricated assemblies and components

  • Experience with reading drawings and blueprints

  • Experience with using DoD material movement forms

  • Experience with financial planning and forecasting

  • Experience with building client relationships

  • Experience with supporting complex, major weapons system from concept through field deployment

  • Knowledge of Bill of Material (BOM) creation from drawings

Ability to travel for extended periods of time ? usually 2-3 months on one project. Key Responsibilities: ? The Construction Project Manager is responsible for monitoring engineering and permitting process prior to start of construction. ? Oversee labor personnel on project, coordinating any activities with the Superintendent. ? Develop and manage project schedules at least 3 weeks out and continue to monitor and update the project schedule as needed. ? Maintain equipment log of construction rental equipment ?
