Project Administrator

Piper Companies is looking for a Project Administrator to join a healthcare manufacturing company located in Walkersville, MD.

Responsibilities of the Project Administrator include:

• In charge of RFI management and submittals by reviewing, processing, and monitoring all

• Manage document control system to all proper filling of the project documents

• Receive and input all permits into the document control system

• Coordinate and schedule project team meetings

• Provide general administrative support for projects and team members

Qualifications for the Project Administrator include:

• Minimum experience in construction project for 5+ years

• Experience in RFI management and submittals

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or a related discipline

Compensation for the Project Administrator includes:

• Rate Range: $40 - $50 Per Hour depending on experience

• Comprehensive Benefit Package: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision
