Under general direction of Install Project Manager, builds, manages and maintains the schedules for multiple projects and installation teams.
Schedules project installations (bank, residential, commercial)
Weekly team scheduling for installation.
Verifies drawings, pricing and quantity; sets up delivery date.
Coordinates plans and equipment cut sheets.
Coordinates equipment maintenance.
Answer General Contractor phone calls and questions.
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to position and employment generally.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and expectations to the benefit of the organization and co-workers.
Productively and positively contribute to the companys goal of maintaining a safe, healthy, productive, and enjoyable workplace.
Accurately completes paperwork in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: Any combination equivalent to education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge.Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
1.High School Diploma or GED
2.One year of customer service or related field.
3.High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & Word.
Planning, organizing, assigning, and coordinating activities, presenting ideas effectively, orally and in writing; dealing constructively with conflict and developing consensus. Detail oriented and very organized. Capable of handling many different tasks at the same time. Customer service.
Walking up and down stairs.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must have Missouri Class E drivers license.
