TRC is seeking a self-motivated individual for a Case Manager/Project Administrator position in our Woodbridge, NJ office. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, have good computer skills, and strong written and oral communication. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and high energy, as well as the ability to multi-task are important qualities.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist customers in successfully completing application forms.
Handling customer calls, emails and answering customer questions.
Receiving, reviewing and entering customer applications into database system.
Review customer applications to confirm eligibility against program guidelines.
Coordinate with customers to obtain deficient info to complete application process.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure proper review of utility bills.
Facilitate the review and approval of program customer applications
Review program documents and deliverables for proper grammar and clarity.
Generating and tracking customer correspondence.
Managing and archiving program files.
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
Interest in energy efficiency/sustainability
Prior administrative/case management/project administration experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
